PrecissData is our team of young, energetic staff, qualified in various data processing tasks. The team handles outsourced data processing projects, and can work on large volumes of data with impressive turn-around times.

THE TEAM

The PrecissData team specializes in the following; 
 
Data entry:  Both offline and online data entry
Email processing: Handling large volumes of email, using pre-written scripts or otherwise 
Forms processing: Handling hard and soft copy forms, including online versions
Database management and rejuvenation: Including database population and clean-up
Data conversion: We convert documents from one digital format to another eg from .doc to PDF, .doc to HTML, TIFF to PDF etc
Document conversion + OCR: We convert documents from hard copy to soft copy, including OCR. 
Document coding: Document coding and indexing for the legal, financial insurance and other sectors

Turn-around time ranges from 1 business day to a number of days, depending on our clients’ requirements.Digital files are delivered to us via secure FTP while hard copy documents are delivered by courier (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc)

We have a fast and reliable connection to the Internet, which we use extensively to receive files from our clients and to research unfamiliar place names, companies, brands, legal terms and other topics when necessary.

Rates: We bill on a "per project" or "per hour of work time" basis and can dedicate a number of staff to your project, either on a one-off or on-going basis. We are also happy to negotiate on a project-by-project basis and are able to accommodate your particular requirements.
