Mugure is the founder and CEO of Preciss International Ltd. She holds a bachelors degree in Information Technology from Moi University, Kenya and a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from United States International University, Nairobi, Kenya.She has close to 10 years experience in business, several of which have been spent as a pioneering entrepreneur in Business Process Outsourcing in Kenya.

Under Mugure’s stewardship, Preciss has been one of Kenya’ pioneering BPO firms and has been highly involved in developments in the outsourcing industry in Kenya.Mugure sits on the board of the Kenya BPO and Contact Centre Society.   and has also served on the boards of both the Nationwide Task Force on E-Commerce (NTFecom) and KENIC, the country’s local internet domain registry.

Joe has a Degree in International Business Administration, from London International College, United Kingdom. He has extensive experience in the call centre industry, having worked in the United Kingdom in a well-established inbound and outbound contact centre.

Joe is currently based in London, and runs Preciss’ liaison office in UK. He serves as a first point of contact for many of our international clients, and manages our client portfolio.

Joe is also greatly involved in the formulation, implementation and review of company policy, as well as in the management of corporate resources.
